chlorine resistance rating:  Krinkle fabric: 5 stars out of 5 (excellent) rear lining: 5 stars out of 5 (excellent) tummy control lining: 3 stars out of 5 (average)
This suit gets our highest chlorine resistant rating and is considered *"chlorine proof". Chlorine proof swimsuits tend to keep their shape because polyester isn't destroyed by chlorine like nylon or Spandex, which is the most common swimsuit material. The only drawback to chlorine proof swimwear is that it has less stretch and thus provides a tighter fit that some women find constricting. *Please be aware that all linings and soft cup bras have a spandex content that may not be as resistant to chlorine as the Krinkle® fabric but will still maintain their integrity for a reasonable time period. Our liners and bras do have a spandex content that will deteriorate sooner than the actual swimsuit fabric. Many customers cut out the liner once it deteriorates and continue to get additional months wear. The fabric is not transparent when wet and can be worn without the liner. |
| In addition to being fashioned from chlorine resistant polyester to prevent premature fading, this suit also features center shiring to hide any tummy flaws, a tummy control panel, and a supportive soft cup bra. The keyhole clasp closure in the back offers additional security and support. Made from our ultrasoft krinkle polyester CHLORINE PROOF fabric. Available in Missy and Womens Plus sizes up to 26W! "Ordered the Size 16 Krinkle Chlorine Proof Center Shirred Mio. I'm actually a size 16 top and 18 bottom. This fit great. Not sure about the longer in torso claim, could be my rear took up the extra length. It's snug over my hips, but the top fits perfect, which is where other suits have to be altered. I love it! A lady in my water aerobic class has had a Krinkle suit for over a year. It looks as bright as mine. Very excited, as I HATE shopping for swimwear and this just eliminated at least 3 shopping trips a year!

I have a longer torso and this suit fits great! The shirred styling is great for enhancing my smaller bustline, too. I ordered the teal and plan to order another one in royal blue. My only con is I wish it came in a print."

I alternate the two suits and after 4 months of regular use, they are still like new.
The style is very figure flattering, even with a few pounds too many. I hope they will keep this style because I would want this style the next time I need to buy another swimsuit.
