RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Within 60 days from the original purchase date.
  • The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags must be attached.

Please note that Clearance or Final Sale item(s) are not eligible for returns.

How to Return:

  1. Initiate the Return: returns.swimandsweat.com/#/
  2. Enter Order#: You will need your original Swimandsweat Order#, beginning with SAS. You can find this number on your order confirmation email, packing slip, or shipping confirmation email.
  3. Select the Item(s) and Reason for Return
  4. Choose Your Refund Option:
    • Refund to your original payment method – minus $6.95 return fee.
    • Refund to a store gift card – no return fee.
  5. Ship It Back: Use the return shipping label provided.

Refunds: Once your return package is in transit, we will process your refund based on the refund option you selected.

  • Please note that the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

Don’t have a smartphone or a printer? Return your item(s) using a carrier of your choice.

We’re committed to making this process as easy as possible for you – please proceed with the following steps:

  1. Prepare the Item(s): Ensure your item(s) meet the return conditions listed above.
  2. Package Return: Using the original mailer, if possible, securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip.
  3. Return Shipping:You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use a carrier of your choice to return the item(s) to us. Please ensure you make note of the return tracking number for your reference.
  4. Return Address: Ship your return item(s) to the address provided below:

Refunds: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Please note that initial shipping charges and international duties are non-refundable.
