RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be thoroughly satisfied with your purchase! However, if something is not quite right, we will be happy to issue a refund for merchandise within 30 days of purchase if items meet the below eligibility criteria. You may return your order via USPS or a carrier of your choice. Return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Item(s) in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and is NOT a Clearance/Final Sale item.
- Canadian residents, please note duties and taxes are NOT included in outbound freight and are non-refundable.
Returns via USPS:
For U.S. orders only, a USPS return label will be included with your order. If you choose to use the enclosed optional USPS label for your return package, a fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund upon processing of your return. Affix the provided USPS label to the outside of your package and drop off at your local post office. Please include the original packing slip with your unwanted item(s) noting the appropriate return reason.
Returns via other carriers:
If you choose to use another carrier of your choice, you will be responsible for all shipping fees charged by the carrier you've selected. We cannot refund any fees charged by that carrier. Please keep the tracking number provided by your carrier for your records as proof of your return shipment. Please include the original packing slip with your unwanted item(s) noting the appropriate return reason. Address your package to:

Need to exchange?
Place your new order online. During checkout, indicate "Exchange Order" and your Original Order Number in the comments box. The outbound shipping of your NEW order will be refunded when the order ships (U.S. orders only). Please note that Canadian orders are subject to individual customs procedures and duties/taxes. Canada exchange orders do not qualify for free shipping.
